Security.
SocioDesk creates a separate Network for each organization or company that chooses to join SocioDesk. The network is private to that organization and any User Content posted in that Network can be accessed only by the members of that network. Here’s how it works:
  • The Network is defined by organization’s email domain. Only if you have a valid company domain, can you create or join the network. All users who sign up using “companydomain.com” email address will be grouped together in a single network. If the network does not exist, it will be setup for you.
  • All the content on the network including member profiles, wall posts, comments, files, private messages will be accessible only to the members in your Network.
  • Network super users have full administrative rights and can remove a user at any time.
  • Network super user can restrict members to invite other members into the network. In such cases, only the network super user can invite new members.
  • No customer information is stored on SocioDesk employees' personal computers. Only employees who require your personally identifiable information to perform a specific task are granted access to such information. The servers on which all customer data and information is stored are kept in a secure environment. Database access is provided only to skilled and authorized technicians.
Loss of Privacy.
To date, we have never had a situation in which to our knowledge any of our user's personal information has been compromised in any way, or in which any user's personal information has become public. Should any such situation arise, we commit to notify you as soon as we can and take all reasonable steps to correct or ameliorate the situation.

Changes.
We reserve the right to change this privacy policy. We will post notice of changes to this policy on our website for 30 days before such changes take effect, unless an emergency requires otherwise. We encourage our audience to check periodically for updates. If you have any questions or feedback regarding this policy, please contact.
